Shipping Time
- Please note shipping time may vary depending on the mail carrier service. All orders will ship within 3-5 business
- All shipments will receive a tracking number, which can be used to follow your package’s journey during transit.
- Please be sure to double-check your address within 24 hours after placing an order, if any correction is needed, email us immediately. Once the package has shipped out, we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or deliverable address. If your package is "returned to sender", LUXURNIA is not responsible for shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be liable to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
- Please be aware that we are not responsible for delayed transit times once the mail carrier scans the package, we have no control over how long the box will take to arrive. LUXURNIA is not responsible for any lost package(s). If your package becomes delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
Refunds/ Returns
***Due to COVID-19 and hygiene purposes we are not accepting returns. However, if there's something wrong with your order or you would like to make some changes before shipment, please contact us at luxurnia.info@gmail.com
Damages/Issues
Despite the careful inspections our products undergo before shipping, sometimes damage can still occur during transit. Please contact us at luxurnia@gmail.com for a replacement if your order arrives in an unusable state within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged product/packaging.
Refund
All refunds will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for the banks or credit card company to process and post the refund.
