Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $65.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Luxurnia is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other transit-related circumstances.
